These teabags are bright, colourful and full of fun.  This design comprises of two kitty cats (one grey & one ginger) sitting side by side.

Use it with the borders for some added style.
 
Cut out the square teabags from the sheet and fold.  Arrange them into a rosette and place on your card, gift or project.  Cut out the border and place the finished rosette in the middle to give it a stylish border.
