Delivery

I take a great deal of pride at every stage of the order process and I endeavour to make the whole procedure as smooth as possible.  I aim to dispatch all jewellery or craft items, which are handmade by me in my studio, within the 1-3 working days from the time of your order.  This lead time may be a little longer if the item is being personalised or customised.  I will let you know when ordering how long your order will take to complete in these circumstances.  If you have a query about delivery for a product, please contact me via lucy@kismetcrafts.com.

All jewellery items are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Tracked service which will not require a signature. We will send an email on the day of dispatch to include a tracking number. The item can be tracked here http://www.royalmail.com

If you wish to upgrade your delivery option to be signed for, please contact me.  There would be an additional charge for this. 

If you prefer to upgrade a current order to a courier service whether for the safety of delivery or speed of the delivery time, please arrange by phone on 07446 494935.

 

UK Delivery (1-3 Working Days)

Deliveries in the UK usually take between 1-3 working days from dispatch.  Please be aware of busier times of the year (Christmas, Summer, Easter etc) and try to order in advance allowing the maximum amount of time to get the items to you.  Once dispatched I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to Royal Mails services.  However, if you do not receive your order within 5 working days of me notifying you that it has been dispatched, please contact me and I will see if I can hunt it down for you.

 

International Delivery (2-14 Working Days)

I can also ship internationally.  Below is a guide to the pricing. As a general rule, I ship jewellery items via Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service.  I cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the country.  Once dispatched I cannot be held responsible for any delays due to the delivery services.  However, if you do not receive your order within 16 working days of me notifying you that it has been dispatched, please contact me and I will see if I can hunt it down for you.

 

Customs & Import Charges

If you are an international customer, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country.  Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this before ordering.  I cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

 

Gift Wrapping

If you are buying any items as a gift, you can choose to have the piece/s gift wrapped for an additional £1 per item.  I can also include a personalised note for you as well.  Please contact me after ordering to provide me with details of the message you wish to be included.  There is also an additional charge on the postage due to the packaging being slightly more bulky and therefore has to be sent as a small parcel.  Please see below for these prices.

Returns

 

Damaged Orders

I try to ensure that your items are packaged in such a way that it arrives to you in pristine condition.  Unfortunately though, sometimes during the delivery process things can happen which result in damaged or faulty items.  Should this be the case - please don’t panic, I will sort it for you as quickly as humanly possible.  Please email me at lucy@kismetcrafts.com at your earliest convenience with a description and include an image of your faulty item and I will advise how best I can help you.

If you return a non-personalised item to me that isn’t deemed as faulty, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and I will refund you for the product price ONLY.  When returning your item to me, please enclose your original invoice (where possible). Alternatively, enclose a note with your contact and order details.

We always recommend using a tracked service to return your item if it is a valuable order or a jewellery item - we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the return post.

Returning Personalised Items for a Refund

Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything specially made or ordered with your choice of name, specific charm, message, or other customised feature making the item unique to you. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

 

Returning Non-Personalised Items for a Refund

We can all be indecisive from time to time - if you change your mind about an item just make sure you return it to me within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

I will process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or PayPal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms & conditions.

 

Returning Faulty Items

Please return a faulty product to me at the above address within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed.

Please note that I am not liable for any other jewellers work.  A faulty jewellery item corrected by another jeweller voids the 30 day warranty period.
