A. Yes, I design and make all my jewellery at my studio in Nottinghamshire.

Q. Can I get personalised items?
A. Yes, I can personalise or customise certain items. Please see the 'Customise' section of the shop.

Q. If I'm sending it as a gift for someone, can I have it sent directly to them?
A. Absolutely. Just change the details in the 'Delivery Address' section at checkout.
Q. How long will it take to make my custom ordered jewellery?
A. It depends on the complexity of the piece but I aim to have any item finished within 1-3 working days of the order.
Q. How do I receive the Shaped Card I purchased?
A. After paying for your chosen Shaped Card you will receive a link in your payment confirmation and also a link to download in an e-mail. Click on the link, then open up your downloads folder and start creating.
